Both the pavilion and certain areas of the pool can be reserved by residents. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Once you submit your completed reservation form you will receive a response as soon as your status with HOA is confirmed. When you do reserve an area, you will be responsible for any damages to HOA property caused by you or your guests.
To make a reservation, you will need to create an account with SuperSaas, review the calendar to see if your preferred date is available and then fill out the reservation form. You should be able to do all of these things in the window below. Though the information below is intended to be as accurate as possible, errors can occur. Upon completing the form you should receive two emails. One confirming the date and time requested. The second email will be sent after we have reviewed the request, confirmed you are in good standing with the HOA, and that no one else has requested that date. Once those three criteria are met, your reservation will be good to go and you will receive a confirmation email. You MUST have that second email to show to the lifeguards for all pool pavilion reservations, otherwise they will not let you in.
