Our annual summer event is here! Come join your neighbors for food, fun, and a movie in the park! 

There will be free food and snow cones. The pool will be open and we'll have a Rockwall, bounce house, water slide and more! Google Fiber will also be joining us.

Regular Bi-Monthly Board Meeting. This meeting has been pushed back to 7pm, so that board members can attend the City's Zoning hearing. 

We will hear from Code Compliance and APD about general issues in the neighborhood and discuss upcoming projects, finances, and board organization.

This is NOT an official meeting.  Simply an informal meeting to allow residents to get a preview of what the board does and who is interested in filling the two open seats (no current resident board members are up for election).
